California has Coachella, New York has Governor’s Ball, and Chicago has Lollapalooza. The 2023 edition of the annual music festival kicked off on Thursday, August 3, and continued until Sunday, August 6. For decades, the festival has been a who’s who of the biggest stars in music, from its days as a traveling festival to now, and this year is no exception! The 2023 lineup included a mix of genres, including Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, The 1975, Lana Del Rey, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers in headlining slots. The rest of the lineup featured tons of stars spanning different styles of music from rock to pop to country to rap, and everything in between.
